OPI: Rally Pretty Pink

From the Serena Williams OPI Collection, I introduce to you 'Rally Pretty Pink'.  This duo-chrome foil polish has hints of bronze and purple/plum to it.  I wouldn't per say define this as a 'pink' but more of a bronzed-purple shade.  This beautiful shade goes on purple with slight bronze glitter on first coat and is very sheer - it needed about 3 - 4 coats to achieve full opacity.
Natural light - shaded

Gorgeous in every lighting, this reminds me slightly of a duo-chrome version of Revlon's copper penny.  However, the bronze in this shade is more red-toned thanks to the underlying purple polish.   In the bottle, the polish looks almost exactly as it will on your nails - shiny!   This polish appears to photograph in natural light much more to the light-gold tone rather than the bronzy-shade that it is.
Natural light
It is one of those colours that looks different depending on the lighting and where you are.  Facinating as it is, it would be the perfect polish for someone who likes changing their polishes often.  This particular OPI shade lasted 6 days on my nails before showing any signs of wear - at day 7 it started to chip at the base of the nail rather than the edge.  I love this. Thought not a favourite, definitely the most interesting polish I own.

What color are your nails today?

xo, Chanel
